Unlike synthetic fertilizers, Organic Fertilizers contains a full spectrum of plant nutrients, macro and micronutrients. that helps to buffer the soil by optimizing the PH level to maximize the nutrient availability of the plants. 

Furthermore, Organic Fertilizers makes soil less likely to erode and prevent spreading diseases.
      

It involves decomposition of organic wastes by microbes by allowing the waste to stay accumulated in a pit for a long period of time. The biological reprocessing tremendously improves the fertility of the soil.
      

(RDF) stands for Refuse-Derived-Fuel is an alternative fuel produced from municipal solid waste (MSW) and industrial waste, which includes biodegradable material such as: cardboard, labels, and other corrugated materials.

Compared to fossil fuels, RDF is more affordable, and environmentally friendly, Since RDF is approximately 20-30% cheaper than fossil fuel and it has - 40% CO2 emissions rather than coal which is the most common fuel used by the cement industry in Egypt.

Bioenergy resorts to different stream municipal solid waste (MSW) and industrial waste, sorted in the transfer station across the country.  
    In the transfer station the raw MSW and industrial waste are segregated in order to purify combustible fraction from the organic fraction and inert; consequently, the material is transported to the shredding station.
    The role of transfer stations is vital to assure high quality of the RDF; BioEnergy transfers technology know-how, quality standards guideline to ensure the highest purity of the combustible fraction with the lowest transportation cost.     
    

Once the waste is segregated, the combustible fraction is transported in the final shredding station which is equipment by other sorting equipment such as disc screen (to remove any residual fraction and dust), wind sifter (to remove inserts) and finally it is feed in a secondary shredder with a production of 3000 ton of high-quality RDF, with a size up to 50 mm     
    

Solid recovered fuel (SRF) is a high-quality alternative to fossil fuel and is produced from mainly commercial waste including paper, card, wood, textiles and plastic.

r-PET Granules

Bioenergy collects and sorts PET bottles and containers, transform them into high-quality recycled PET (r-PET) flakes and pellets which can be used as a sustainable alternative to primary plastic in the production of new packaging materials, and other various consumer products.
